Day-by-Day Itinerary
<p>Upon arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport, your guide will greet you and take you to a local restaurant for lunch. Afterward, enjoy a city tour, which includes a visit to the <strong>Naga World Casino</strong>, the only casino in Phnom Penh, followed by a <strong>scenic drive along the Royal Palace</strong>, <strong>riverside, and Pub Street</strong>, where you can admire the view of the <strong>Mekong River</strong>. Enjoy a delicious dinner before checking into your hotel for the night.</p>
<p>Breakfast at hotel, visit <strong>Wat Phnom Hill</strong>, the <strong>Daun Penh Statue</strong>, and the Independence and Victory Monuments. You’ll also see the statue of <strong>King Sihanouk</strong>, Cambodia’s father of independence, before exploring the <strong>Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda</strong>, which still serves as the residence for the current king. After lunch, visit the <strong>Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum</strong>, once used as a notorious prison during the <strong>Khmer Rouge regime</strong>, followed by a trip to the <strong>Central Market</strong>. In the evening, enjoy Khmer cuisine at a romantic riverside restaurant with a view of the <strong>Mekong River</strong> before returning to your hotel.</p>
<p>After breakfast, you will travel to <strong>Siem Reap by VIP bus or private coach</strong>, a journey of around six hours. Upon arrival, take a boat ride on <strong>Tonle Sap Lake</strong> to visit the <strong>Floating Village</strong>, where you’ll witness the unique lifestyle of people living on floating houses, schools, restaurants, and churches. You can also opt to <em>feed crocodiles at a farm (additional cost)</em>. Later, visit <strong>Preah Ang Chek Ang Chom Shrine</strong>, one of the most famous temples in the area, as well as the <strong>Royal Residence and its gardens</strong>. Enjoy a buffet dinner with traditional dance performances before checking into your hotel.</p>
<p>After breakfast, embark on a visit to the ancient city of <strong>Angkor Thom</strong>, exploring the <strong>South Gate, Bayon Temple, the Elephant Terrace, the Leper King Terrace, and the Suor Prat Towers.</strong> You’ll also visit the <strong>Ta Prohm Temple</strong>, known for its famous appearance in the “Tomb Raider” movie. After lunch, stop by a gem shop to learn about Cambodia’s rich gem industry, particularly sapphires from the Pailin mines. You’ll also enjoy a relaxing <strong>one-hour body or foot massage</strong>. The day concludes with a visit to <strong>Angkor Wat</strong>, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most famous temples. After a western-style dinner at a 5-star hotel, you’ll have the option to visit <strong>Siem Reap’s night market and Pub Street.</strong></p>
