Mingsha Mountain Crescent Lake– known for the sound produced by the shifting sands, it features red, yellow, green, white, and black-colored sand dunes, and the last tear of the desert. 

Nan Baxian Yardang Devil City – one of the world's largest and known as the "Devil City”. Petroleum Town – a filming location for the movie "The Great Wall," also known as "Jiugong Yaota" (The Nine-Story Demon Tower).

Qarhan Yanhu – the world's second-largest and China's largest salt lake; the Qinghai-Tibet Railway and Qinghai-Tibet Highway are directly constructed on the salt crust

Chaka Salt Lake – known as China’s “Mirror of the Sky”. Qinghai Lake – China's Largest Inland Saltwater Lake, acclaimed as “ China’s Most Beautiful Lake”. Haiyihai Plateau Tibetan Village – showcasing the lifestyle of Tibetan families on the plateau. Riyue Mountain – an important passage in ancient Qiang culture, part of the Southern Silk Road and the Tangfan Ancient Road.
